Queries for the plugin usage

Hi,

I have decided to use the plugin in my website. My requirement:

I want user to register himself on website after seeing the plans available(admin can modify the plans anytime). Plans have validity like $10 per month for 5 listing, $15 per month for 8 listing and so on. During registration user will set the username/mail ID, password and make payment. User will login with the above credentials in website and create the property listing. After submission property will list in the website automatically(need no approval). User can edit his property listing anytime.

So do your plugin fulfill my requirement? Or thus any payment process for upgrading the plugin.

Or can you suggest any other plugin for this requirement this will be very helpful.
