Query caching / redis support?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if there’s any way I can implement caching on the wordpress sql requests to speed things up? I’m using redis via https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/redis-cache/. It would be amazing if there was a way to leverage that.
