Query error

Hi whith this query:

[gdoc key=”https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AYOzlvyDXfwI-EjUDDRlFN5bi905_Tyfzulw6TVTKFk/edit#gid=1971369140″ datatables_paging=”false” use_cache=”no”
query=”select B,C WHERE A = ‘ML-01-2018′”
class=”no-datatables data”]

I expect to see only the B and C values from row 14 to 24 (where A contains the value “ML-01-2018”)… but in the output it shows also row 2 and there is no reason for that!

Can you figure out why?
