    Hi

    I am having a problem when packing up my website and keep getting the following error in the log.
    0539.858 (1) PHP event: code E_WARNING: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=2964363 (line 2033, wp-includes/wp-db.php)

    I am using hostinger as my host and they temporally upgraded me to a better hosting package and the plugin seemed to work. I was just wondering if there is anyway to make the backup work on the more basic package. My website is fairly small and basic and I only have about 12 plugins install so I don’t understand why the more basic hostinger package doesn’t work? I was recently on the hostgators hatchling package and updraft worked fine. Looking at the tech specs below the hostgator one seems very similar to the basic hostonger package so i don’t understand why it isn’t working.

    Basic Package Spec Single plan:
    10GB disk space, 100GB bandwidth, 256MB RAM, 1 CPU core, 200000 inodes, 3GB MySQL, 15 MySQL user connections;
    PHP options:
    post_max_size, upload_max_filesize (MB) 64
    php_memory_limit (MB) 128
    max_execution_time, max_input_time (s) 60
    IOPS 64
    Entry Processes (EP)

    Premium package.
    20GB disk space, unlimited bandwidth, 512MB RAM, 1 CPU core, 400000 inodes, 3GB MySQL, 15 MySQL user connections;
    PHP options:
    post_max_size, upload_max_filesize (MB) 128
    php_memory_limit (MB) 256
    max_execution_time, max_input_time (s) 120
    IOPS 128
    Entry Processes (EP) 20

    Hostgator
    safe mode = Off (cannot adjust)
    memory_limit = 256M (MAXIMUM)
    max_execution_time = 30 (MAXIMUM in seconds)
    max_input_time = 60 (MAXIMUM in seconds)
    post_max_size = 64M (MAXIMUM)
    upload_max_filesize = 64M (MAXIMUM)
    enable_dl = Off (cannot adjust)

    Any help would be great.

    Many thanks

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    Please use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Regards,
    Bryle

    Hi,

    Thank you!

    Can you set the value higher than 90? Try 300 or 900 and test if it helps resolve the problem.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    It appears that the backup could just not complete as it runs out of resources.
    To test, try backing up without the uploads component or backup just one component and see if that successfully complete.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle
