Query parameters missing in return URL when using guest checkout

Hello,
I have a problem with guest checkout and paying by PayPal. If I am logged into WordPress, I can make a purchase through PayPal and at the end I’m redirected to a URL that includes the query parameters needed to build the thank you page, e.g. https://www.stadtbienen.org/kasse/bestellung-erhalten/16346/?key=wc_order_5b21522c554ed
If I make a purchase as a guest, I can make payment through PayPal fine but at the end I’m redirected to a URL without the query params, i.e. https://www.stadtbienen.org/kasse/bestellung-erhalten/16346/?key
I need access to the order information for conversion tracking, is there something I can do about this?
