Hi @wpuseracc53053480450508
I hope you’re well. Follow the shared format in the sample data, which you can download here: https://d.pr/i/RYJ3PZ.
Open the file with Google Sheets and update your data using the process outlined here: https://d.pr/v/Jsm6YP. If you have no Knowledge Base, simply leave the column blank.
Let me know how it goes after uploading with the correct format.
Waiting for your response.
Have a nice day!
Thank you for the information! Just one more question:
How do I differentiate between “Category” and “Knowledge Base,” particularly in terms of their hierarchical structure? Let’s use the primary themes of Anxiety (Theme A) and Depression (Theme B) as examples. Under Anxiety, there are various psychological issues such as Social Anxiety (Subtheme 1), Panic Disorder (Subtheme 2), and others. Similarly, Depression encompasses its own set of subthemes. In this framework, how do “Category” and “Knowledge Base” function? Each subtheme is accompanied by unique documents, such as different questionnaires for assessing social anxiety, among others.
Hi there,
For this case, please use this format. Take a look at the screenshot: https://d.pr/i/J9hBXk. If you follow the import format, it will display as you mentioned. Let me know how it goes.
Thank you.
