Query tickets

Hi
Awesome plugin!
But is there any documentation on querying (with various conditional logic) the tickets with standard WP Query?

(my goal is to develop something like ‘Your last 3 tickets’ widget and also notification badges if user has at least one unread reply in his tickets)
