    How to configure the cache to support that any request on an article with a random querystring is created only 1 cache per article instead of creating a cache for each random querystring?

    do you mean that only 1 cache file is created for the following urls?

    site.com/?query=1
    site.com/?query=2
    site.com/?query=3
    site.com/?query=4
