• Hi
I just installed your plugin. You can find it in the shop-sidebar.
If I click on the color-button, there opens a link to a wrong site, not to the filtered products.
I’m sitting here and try everything to solve this thing – without any success…..
    Could you please help me?
    Thank you
    Cristina

    Hi cristina,

When I click on a color in the widget, I see that it’s also adding &s=undefined to the URL. If you remove that from the URL, you’ll see that it works. For example: https://skydesign.ch/blumen05/?pa_ewd_uwcf_colors=rosa,gelb

It looks like you have another widget in there for searching. I think that is what is returning as undefined in the URL. If you deactivate that search widget, does the color selecting then work? Our plugin comes with a built-in search functionality, which you can use.

    hi
    Thanks for your reply.
What I did now: I deactivated all Widgets (besides yours) and I deactivated all plugins.
    Still does not work 🙁

Do you have any other ideas how it could work?

    Thank you so much!

    Hi Cristina,

Can you please try enabling the search option in our plugin? The &s= part that is being added on is related to a WordPress search. I want to see what happens to that WordPress search term if we enable the search in our plugin.

REcent we have added your plugin and we are getting an error on all new products on our store. Customers can’t choose the size of dress and cannot add it to cart.

    Error:
    Size
    UK 8UK 10UK 12UK 14UK 16UK 18
    UWCF Colors
    Combination Not Avalable Reset
    UWCF Sizes
    Combination Not Avalable Reset

    Link for the product

I have even disabled the plugin but still, the error is there.

    You advise would be great.

    Hi Bettie,

I visited your site and was able to add a product to my cart without any issues. I’m not sure what the issue might have been, but if you tried refreshing your cache, the issue should hopefully be resolved for you as well.

We’ve just released an update that corrects the undefined search issue.
