Hi George,
GN Publisher is compatible with Yoast’s Google News plugin.
The Yoast plugin creates a Google News sitemap – which you would use in your Google Search Console.
GN Publisher creates a Google News compliant RSS feed that is optimized for use in the Google News Publisher Center (for setting up your site as a ‘followable’ source in Google News and placement in Newsstand (I know, it’s a bit complicated).
The pubsubhubbub plugin alerts Google (and others that subscribe) when any of your RSS feeds is updated. GN Publisher alerts Google (and others that subscribe) when the GN Publisher created feed is updated (but doesn’t do anything to your other feeds). As far as I know they don’t conflict. If you use both they may send duplicate pings to Google, that won’t hurt anything,
Chris

Thank you chris. I want to use only your plugin instead of the other subhub plugin and keep the yoast.
Will this change be affective for my website or the same?
I’m not sure what you mean by that.
GN Publisher only creates feeds, it doesn’t make any other changes to your site. If you install it, there are additional instructions on the ‘info’ page. That might help you understand it a little better. I am about to upload the latest version (1.1), so you might wait just a half hour or so and then it will be available 🙂

I mean that both plugins, yours and the other, are the same. They are doing the same job.
And maybe your plugin is better and ping google faster or better.
GN Publisher will ping Google when the feed that GN Publisher creates is updated.
The other websub plugin will ping Google when any of your feeds are updated.
If the goal is to get the most current articles updated in Google News/Newsstand, you only need GN Publisher. It will do the ping.
If you have a need for your standard WP feeds to be immediately updated (most sites don’t need this) then you could use the websub plugin too,
Chris
PS… version 1.1 has been slightly delayed, need to check and test one more thing (seems like there is always one more thing!). It will be out tomorrow at the latest, maybe later today 🙂
Now the new version (1.1) is live 🙂
