    Morning,

As i’m running a big number events, any idea how I can sort the events on the “all events” page by start date. Just like the overview page. I can sort on name and period on the all events page. The reason is that i’m adding a lot of events for the same period, sometimes I forget one in the middle of a series.

If you want I can share some screenshots, maybe you can use to promote the plugin.

    Hi Marceeck,

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, screenshots would be very helpful. please feel free to share them.

In the meantime, a quick clarifying question: on the “All events” page (the standard WordPress post list), do you see a column called “Period”? If so, clicking its header should already sort your shifts by
start date. Clicking once sorts ascending, clicking again sorts descending.

What I’d like to understand is:

    1. Is the “Period” column missing or not sortable for you?
    2. Or does it work, but you’d like the page to open already sorted by start date by default (without having to click each time)?
    3. When you mention “just like the overview page” — are you referring to the EventAdmin dashboard (the plugin’s own overview), or a different page? Once we know which case applies, we can point you to a solution or add it as an improvement. Screenshots of both pages would make it much easier to compare what you’re seeing. Thanks!

    Hi David,

Ah, shoot….. I missed period order. As the period(s) is show a “-” at every line, I never clicked on it as I expected it wont work. And of course it works as you mentioned. Sorry.

I tried to upload some screenshots but wordpress won’t allow me.

    Br, Marc
