Question About Admin Karma Override

Just looking for some details on how karma points are calculated when it comes to the manual entry from the admin panel.

If I add Karma points to a user, will future awards or events recalculate the total Karma Points and a result remove my addition or deduction. Or will it just add the karma points to the modification i set.

For example if someone has earned 200 karma points and reduce them to 0 then they earn a award that provides 10 karma points will they then have 10 karma points or will they have 210 karma points.
