    Hello, I came across this plugin and wanted to ask if the free version is good enough for regular backup or export needs. I am just trying to understand the basic use case before giving it a try.

    Hi miltonbenitez,

    I hope you are well.

    For manual exports the free version does the whole job. one click gives you a single file with your db, media, themes, and plugins, and there’s no size cap on the export side. that covers the classic “i want a full snapshot of my site right now” case, and also migrations between hosts.

    Where the free version stops:

    1. It doesn’t run backups on a schedule. scheduling, retention, and cloud destinations (google drive, dropbox, s3, onedrive, etc.) live in our separate backup plugin.
    2. Imports are capped by your server’s upload limit. If your site is bigger than that, you can grab the Unlimited Extension.
