Question about conditional forms

We’re trying to create a form that will submit info to Insightly (got that part all figured out), but that will also submit to Mailchimp based on the user checking a checkbox. It’s a newsletter signup basically, so we always want the data sent to Insightly, but only want the data sent to Mailchimp if they have checked the “subscribe” box.

I assume this is possible, and I’ve seen your Mailchimp plugin for Ninja. My question is, is the Mailchimp/Ninja plugin all I need to do this?
