I want to do page with downloadable PDF. But every user will have permision only for his PDF and also for one, which is same for all users. So it is feasible to do it with meta?

In this case, unfortunately for permission administration this would not be achievable by default. The plugin does not have a feature to provide permissions as for now.

With respect to your question here, sorry, unfortunately this would not be possible by default using our plugin. What you can perhaps do is integrate features of a membership plugin of your preference to the Visibility Logic plugin. Unfortunately, this is something that would entail custom work to implement.
