    Hi Sir,

    If am not available to answer a call from the chat, is there an option to the user send an e-mail? If so, how can I set that up?

    Thanks so much for getting in touch with us.

    WP Live Chat Support has a built-in offline message functionality.

    This is enabled by default.

    When offline, the customer leaves a message on the Offline Form, which is then forwarded to your email box.

    To ensure you receive their offline messages via email, please go to Live Chat –> Settings –> Offline Messages and add your email address under “Email Settings”.
