Question about “Engraving”

I do know there’s a way to do so because I’ve looked it up. However, I’ve tried a number of times this past week to “Engrave” my site title. Am I missing something? I do know I tried a number of things, too, but am unable to make any changes.

Is there a specific CSS Code I need? Would the CSS Code be in the title itself or would it actually be in the “Border Box”?
