Hi, I have some questions about image SEO.

First when I turn on the image SEO, will it override other image that have been uploaded via mlp? Or only for new upload?

Second, as I stated before when i have problem about uploading https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/problem-uploading-and-syncing-jpegpng-file/ . If i upload it via wordpress built in media and then i move it to other folder via mlp, will image SEO add the alt and title attribute?

    Third, %foldername – %filename photo
From the description that you put, there are only 2 tags? or are there any other tag?
If the folder name is Tree and file name is cedar, will it become “Tree(space)-(space)cedar(space)photo” ? Or “Tree-cedar(space)photo” ?
Note: (space) mean using space key

    1. Image SEO only affect files when they are first added to the Media Library via Media Library Folders upload or when syncing files.

    2. Image SEO is not used when moving files.

    3. %foldername – %filename are the only tags. The text for the title goes into the post title field, it is not used in the file name. You can see the results by uploading an image and then attempting to insert the image into a post or page with the Add Media button. After you select the image to insert, on the right side of the Media Uploader window, is a sidebor for editing the data about the image. You will see the text modified for image SEO is in the Title field and the Alt Text field.

I see, looks like i need to insert it manually if i didn’t use mlp uploader directly. Thanks for the reply.
