Hmm – that’s strange. Leadin should be automatically adding the first name and last name to your MailChimp list based off the input field labels. Do you have the first + last name fields setup using the defaults?
You should have them setup as merge tags FNAME + LNAME in your MailChimp account. You can check the merge tags by navigating to Lists -> Settings -> List fields and *|MERGE|* tags.
