Question About Payment Platforms

    I have read quite a bit and I am still unclear on what payment platforms are supported? Do the sales go through WooCommerce and whatever payment platform you have set up, like Stripe, or does this plugin allow for sales outside of WooCommerce? Specifically, does it support Stripe?

    Hello @2chicks ,

    Are you referring to our own Shop? For the moment, only PayPal is supported in our own shop, Stripe will be implemented in the near future.

    Thank you for the quick reply. I am trying to figure out how the sales are conducted. Are these downloads purchased by the customer through a WooCommerce store and your plugin tracks all of those sales, etc, or does your plugin provide the sales platform as well as the tracking, etc?

    Hello @2chicks ,

    Apologies for the delayed response. Download Monitor currently tracks downloads but does not monitor sales made through WooCommerce. While we do offer shop functionality, it only supports PayPal at the moment. We plan to integrate Stripe and enhance the shop features in the future, but I can’t provide a specific timeline for these updates.
