Question About Plugin Update

    I see that there is a new version of Jigoshop eCommerce. Each time we update the plugin, we’re loosing changes that we’ve made to our product layout (mostly spacing changes). Is it possible to keep these changes from being overwritten – maybe a child theme or something like that?

    There’s no equivalent of a child theme for this one – our devs are investigating the issue – please be patient 😉

    Thanks for getting back with us. Yes, it’s a real problem, especially with all of the frequent updates we have to do with the new plugin. We hope it’s a high priority for the developers. Please let us know when you have a solution.
