Question about potential collaboration

I have a desire to create a blog, so it would mean to me if you could answer in detail the following questions:

I need affiliate program where I will offer others to promote my eBook( I have blog site, not e-commerce ).
So, I need a plugin that can:
a) create referral links;
b) keep track of which affiliate associate has sent how many people (who have purchased);
c) to protect me from fraud (someone repeatedly wins a prize or share their account password, and the like);
d) make payments instant and automatically to all affiliate contributors who have earned, without waiting for my permission;
e) to record sales reports;
f) that those who want to be an affiliates can do so automatically through my site without waiting for my permission ;
g) to respond to normal actions with an automatic message ;
h) payment gateway for affiliates all over the world( China, Russia, USA, Spain, Italy, …) ;
j) that the affiliate can see their stats (how many customers they sent (the people who bought) and how much money they made.) ;

Which of the above options does your plugin support?
And what options are supported by the free version, and what options are supported by the paid version of your plugin?

I know I have a lot of questions, but I want to provide only the best to potential affiliates.
