Question About Response Headers

Dear All

Everytime I check my website ->
https://angora.me

I got this response headers ->
https://i.postimg.cc/rm35hPnM/IMG-20190202-121453.jpg

Vary: Accept-Encoding,User-Agent
X-Pingback: https://angora.me/xmlrpc.php

I read some article about performance and security. And the ideal status for vary is accept-encoding, not accept-encoding,user-agent like I got above. How to fix it?

Also my x-pingback status is always appear on response headers. How to remove it from response headers safely?

Note:
I use some plugins like Autoptimize, WP Optimize, SEO Press, Cloudinary, etc.
Also I use LiteSpeed cache via htaccess and Cloudflare activated with cache everything on page rules. My htaccess is WordPress default + LiteSpeed cache code attached. Just it.
