Hi! I notice rule #1369 was recently violated. Someone is trying to inject a WP user into my WordPress installation. *sigh*

Where can I find out more about this rule or is there not much more info to know about it?

It attempts to create an admin account by exploiting a vulnerability in the WordPress Download Manager plugin.
