    Hello Wordfence Security-Team,

I useing your Plugin and it works very well, at all time. But I have a question to this Plugin. I’m from Europe, more precisely from Austria. And I woud like to Know is this plugin GDPR compliant?

I ask because, due to the new guidelines from the European Court of Justice, I have to renew my data protection declaration. I made my data protection declaration with a data protection generator. In this data protection declaration I was informed that standard contractual clauses (SCCs) are already being used by the service providers tobe offered.

But since I use your plugin as a free version, I would like to ask you now. Is there such a contract for the free version? Is this plugin “Wordfence Security” GDPR compliant?

I hope you can help me quick with my questions, so I can use the new data protection declaration for my blog.

Thanks for the help in advance.

    Lea

  • Hi Lea,

Wordfence provides a Data Processing Agreement found at the link below. This agreement relies on Standard Contractual Clauses to lawfully transfer EU PII between the EU and the United States. You can sign it per the instructions on the page. This agreement applies to both the free and Premium versions of Wordfence.
