1st I added some questions from question bank. then opened it in a new tab and it not showing anymore.

its also happening in new question addition also.
when I add some questions in quiz, after some time opened it. but cant see the new questions some time all of the questions are not showing.
its not only happened in my computer also with my 2 other friends.

I checked your screencast carefully.
It is difficult to say why you are experiencing this issue on your website. I just checked and we are not experiencing this issue on my staging.
At first, kindly check for plugin or theme conflict on your website. To do this, disable all the plugins at once and enable them one by one to find out the conflicting one.
