    Hello,

When I create a quiz, the contents of the “Question” section are not displayed.
If there is a solution, could you please let me know?

Originally, I couldn’t save the edited content, and the post IDs of created quizzes were duplicated — the behavior was clearly abnormal.
Also, when I added a question item, the question editing screen no longer appeared (version 8.0.4).

So I updated to the latest version (10.2.0), but after the update, 2 out of 5 quiz posts disappeared.
In addition, the “Question” section inside newly created quiz posts is not displaying any content.

I suspected something was seriously wrong, so I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it.
However, the same issues occurred again even after reinstalling.

If the problems persist even after deleting and reinstalling the plugin, what should I do?
I would really appreciate your guidance.

I will attach a URL with a screenshot showing that the question editing screen is not appearing.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi @simejikinoko ,

I hope you’re doing well. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot and for taking the initiative to try a few troubleshooting steps. Based on the information you provided, I attempted to replicate the issue by creating and saving questions using the QSM plugin. However, I was unable to reproduce the problem—everything worked smoothly on my end, and the questions were created and displayed without any errors.

To help resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

    1. Reinstall the Plugin:
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the plugin. You can uninstall and reinstall it from your WordPress dashboard.

    2. Clear Cache:
Clear your browser cache and the WordPress dashboard cache. If you’re using any caching plugins, try temporarily deactivating them.

    3. Plugin or Theme Conflicts:
This issue might be caused by a conflict with other plugins or your active theme. Have you recently installed or updated any other plugins? Was the QSM plugin working fine before these changes?

You can follow our guide here to check for conflicts:
👉 How to Identify Theme/Plugin Conflict with QSM link

    4. Active Plugins List (Optional):
If the issue persists, feel free to share the list of active plugins you’re currently using. This will help us attempt to replicate the conflict on our end and guide you accordingly.

Thank you for your time and cooperation. Looking forward to your reply so we can get this sorted for you.

    Best regards,
