Question Form Not showing

    Hi! I used to have the plugin working perfectly. But a few days ago, the FAQ form disappeared. I can still see the previous Q&As and the FAQ tab but not the form to submit a new Question.
    I tried deactivating all the plugings except Woocomerce and this one and that didn’t work either. Can you please let me know if I am doing something wrong?
