At the moment, we do not have a dedicated option to display the question ID during the quiz.
In the Pro version, there is a related option using message variables, but it works only in report emails. This is used when users report an issue with a specific question, and the email sent to the admin can include the question ID. See the screenshot here:
Good morning, thanks for your quick reply. The solution you offer is clear to me. It is a good option for participants to send a mail with questions/remarks about the question. But I want to use the question_id for the composer of quizzes. We have may questions with the same name (for example: What is the right answer for the question below?), so it is difficult for the composer to find the right question if he/she wants to ad it to a specific quizz, or he/shee needs to change a particular question. Thanks for your reaction on forehand.
To edit a question, you can also do it directly from inside the quiz. In the quiz editor, where the list of questions is shown, click on the question you want to edit and it will take you to the question edit page. See the screenshot here:
If these options do not meet your needs, you can use a manual approach. For example, when creating a question, you can include the ID in the question title so it is easier to identify later.
In any case, you are welcome to explain how you would like this to work and where you would like the ID to be displayed. We will take it as a suggestion.
