I’ve recently migrated my website to Siteground but there are a lot of question marks in html

What causes this issue? I have no errors in console. Also i dont have any other erros.

What should be displayed there?

I suspect that the MySQL database collation was different before the migration.

Please check the database collation and encoding and make sure that you are using the correct database settings. You can read more here:
