Question not adding from lesson

    It was a ticket opened but marked and solved and it is not.

    I have 2 pages. In one I can add questions from the lessons directly. In the other Not and i do not know what is the reasson.

    I change plugins, I deactivated everything I try to put everything as the other but nothing works, the button to add question does nothing.

    Please I am spending a lot of time on this I need a solution asap. Why could happen this? Seems of a incompatibilty of some plugins/themes but I dont know how to solve. Pleasem time is valuable!

    Same issue here. I am attempting to add a multiple choice question directly in the lesson. However, the right answer and wrong answer buttons are grayed out and do no click. Therefore, I cannot add a question. Actually, none of the question buttons are working. I can type into them but I cannot add answers. Please assist. My site is iamyaminah.com

    What we can do? The sensei support is just ignoring us… just tell the community to do not use this PAID plugin?

    What is the ticket you’re referring to? If this is for WC Paid Courses, then yes, the forum is not the place for support. If you’ll send us the ticket number, we can look it up and reply there, or you can create a new ticket and refer to this forum thread.
