Question numeration in emails

    Hello,
    The plugin sends two emails, one for the user and one for the admin.
    We have 70 questions. The email for the user has the questions numbered 1 to 70, with theirs answers, etc.
    But the email for the admins shows the numbers from 71 to 140, instead of 1 to 70, and it is confusing.
    It is a very strange behavior.
