Hi @rider2006007,
In the free version, that is indeed a limitation unless your system can generate single-use coupons. The premium version has a few ways to help:
1) we integrate with WooCommerce which will automatically generate a single-use unique coupon code when someone wins.
2) we allow to limit prizes so they can only be won 1 time.
3) you can see in the logs which email already played and make sure they don’t use a coupon twice.
Hello. Good. Can I link free items from the store to these one-time coupons? To automatically, when you enter this coupon in the basket, the customer added a free product?
You can add a free product by offering a 100% coupon. If you’re using Woocommerce, we also have some extra coupon settings where you can include/exclude products so that the coupon only applies to 1 product.
It won’t be added to the cart automatically though.
Thank you for info. Can i change the font size in the slices? It is really?
Hi. Once again I would like to clarify the details before buying. I use woocommerce. I will be able to add a separate free product on my website, so that a unique, one-time promotional code will be generated when winning. Which after activation in the basket on the site, no longer acted again, with manual input. And with a new win by another visitor to the site of this gift, a unique promotional code was again generated. There will be several such items for the lottery. Do you have such synchronization with a woocommerce?
PS. Can i use the paid version on one site only?
Yes, that is correct: our plugin is connected with woocommerce and will generate unique coupons that can only be used one time.
Depending on the license you buy, you can use the plugin on one site or multiple sites.
Just a note: these wordpress forums are meant for the free version of the plugin. If you have any further questions on the premium version, it’s best to contact us via the livechat on https://studiowombat.com/
WordPress doesn’t like it when we talk premium version on here :-).
Hello. Do you need to have integration with woocommerce in the Optin Wheel widget? Where does it turn on? I need to add promotional codes for different products on the site.
You don’t need WooCommerce for the wheel to work but keep in mind that auto. Coupon generation is only possible with WooCommerce.
