It’s available only in pro version.
Scheduled jobs support checkbox “Make separate file for each order”.

But if you want to export order immediately after payment – use “Status change” tab. https://docs.algolplus.com/algol_order_export/interface-of-the-status-change-jobs-tab/

could you rephrase 1st question ?
probably, you should use tab “Tools” to copy settings.
you can open section “Setup fields” and drag/reorder/rename columns.
Sorry I meant where can I see the data types that the plugin can export to a csv?
Can I add custom fields too? For example, I want to upload to our ERP and would like a column called “Account number” with the same data outputted into each CSV.
