    I am planning to use a podcast plugin for audio magazine articles and am curious if this plugin works with woocommerce memberships and subscriptions plugin well? I’m also looking to control the level of what a user can do as far as downloading a podcast episode based on their level, so if they don’t upgrade beyond the basic member level I put them in through woocommerce then they cannot download anything. Is that possible? Also does this come with an ‘add to my playlist’ or ‘favorites’ option? And is it easy to search for episodes based on categories, etc. with a main search tool on the site?

    Episodes are WordPress Custom Post Types, so it should work well with membership plugins (but I haven’t tested it).

    The main issue with podcast behind paywalls is that, by design, audio files and subscription feeds are public, so anyone who knows the URL to the actual feed or file has access. What you can do is simply not offer a feed, solving at least one problem.

    Yes, the search should also work in episode metadata.
