I’ll be embedding my YouTube channel. What is the difference between Contained Layout and Gallery Layout? Thanks for your time.

The Gallery layout has a gallery of thumbnails to browse and select videos from as you can see in multiple variations here: https://www.embedplus.com/responsive-youtube-playlist-channel-gallery-for-wordpress.aspx
The self-contained has no gallery of thumbnails. It looks like the standard YouTube player, but it has the next and previous buttons to browse through a playlist.
