    Hi.

I have created and tested a lexicon that will change the pronunciation of our College name.

I then uploaded the lexicon to: https://us-east-2.console.aws.amazon.com/polly/home/Lexicons

I have put the lexicon name into the settings configuration of the Amazon Polly/Wordpress plugin.

When I save my post, the following page is just a white screen.

I see the settings page says I must enable S3 first.

Is there written instruction available anywhere that would show me exact steps to follow to get the lexicon support I need?

Thanks, in advance, for your help!

    An update to this…

I have Amazon S3 enabled and working. Files are being stored and served up from there.

When I key in the lexicon name now, I’m still getting the white page after hitting update or post.

When I remove the lexicon name from the settings, it works fine, just doesn’t load the lexicon of course.

    Hi @conversecollege2015,
Thanks for the information, and sorry for problems.
    1) Are you able to check in wordpress logs files if there are some information about errors?
    2) Is it possible that you would share the lexicons file here?

    Cheers,
    Tomasz

    Hi.

It looks like it’s not finding the lexicon file. Here’s the error:

    Hi!
It looks like you have uploaded file in different region than you plugin is using. The plugin is using us-east-1 (Virginia), and you have uploaded lexicon file in us-east-2 (Ohio) 🙂 If you will upload it in this same region, it should be ok :).
