Question or Feature Request Regarding Caching

Is there a way to disable caching entirely?

We already are using a CDN on our sites, as well as a proxy layer – so too many caching layers makes it hard to troubleshoot. Plus, our uploaded content is on a different mount on the server – which is also tricky.

If not, it would be a great config option.
