    Hi,

    I have a question regarding the order status.
    The scenario is the following;

    A buyer purchases a product from our site with Paypal, and he changes his mind asking refund.
    (His order status is now “completed”)
    We refund his money from paypal platform. Right after that, for some reasons, we delete his account altogether from WordPress, but his order status is still there “completed”

    His order status will be changed “refunded” eventually? or the order status will be remained as “completed” since his account has been removed. Which one is correct?

    Please let me know. Thanks.

    If you’ve issued a refund directly via your PayPal account, it won’t reflect in your WooCommerce admin – order status will stay as completed.
