Question with code in Email

Hi Jules!, could you help me?
I have a question, and I don’t know if the plugin can do it. I’m creating a product quote tool with multiple categories, but I want only the selected option to appear in the email. I don’t know how to do this in the code, because the returned email shows all the options, even if I haven’t selected them.
Could you help me? I appreciate any guidance in understanding the correct programming.
