    Does this plugin have:

    • ability for clients to create an account
    • ability for clients to make reviews on companies
    • ability to import and/or manually add companies
    • They should be able to review multiple areas (Customer experience, selling, buying, etc)

    Hi @larajdesigns09,

    Let me answer each point bellow:
    1. By default, we let users create an account using the standard WP pages, or they can add it directly on the add listing page if you allow adding while logged out. However, our free plugin UsersWP adds nice lightbox registraton/login. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/userswp/
    2. Yes, this is included.
    3. Yes, you can import via CSV or add via the front or backend as you prefer. We also have a WP ALL import addon if you use that.
    4. This is not a feature in the core plugin, we have an addon that lets you add custom critera and things like iamge upload: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/multiratings-and-reviews/
