Hi there,
I’m a non profit & have some questions abuot the plugin.
1. When someone unsubs, do you give them options of why they want to unsub? And then I can see the analytics for that.
2. And do I get email notifications when someone subs & unsubs?
3. If the campaign or RSS feed features somehow get turned off (I wouldn’t do that unless I’m working on it & then I turn it back on), do you send me an email so I can go investigate?
4. I need to send out the same email once a week at a certain time, do you have that?
5. Do you have an exit popup?
6. When I import a list of subs in a CSV file to my list, does it tell me how many were imported and if they weren’t, does it break it down to tell me how many were omitted because they had already unsubbed in the past, how many weren’t real emails, how many were suspicious email addys, & how many were duplicates?
7. What days & hours is your customer service in US CST?
