    Hi.
I’ve updated plugin to latest version, just 2 problems:
    – I can’t setup page options in my theme (like full width, sidebar, etc…)
    – I can’t use shortcodes in private pages: for example, tabs or buttons are not rendered.

    Hi,

Nothing has changed on that side.

    – Do you have any add-on?
    – Did you update them too?
    – Did you try disabling/enabling the plugin?

To investigate further we’ll need you to send us an access to your website so that we can see the problem directly. You can write that on the plugin’s website forum (mark the reply as private)

    Thank you for support.

    My responses:
    – I have no addons installed, just only core plugin.
    – I’ve tried to deactivate/activate plugin, but same problem.

Then I will need to get access to the website. I can’t help more without looking at the issue.

You can also wait 7.0.1 which could be fixing your issue, we’ll release it today.

I’ve updated, but I get same error: shortcodes are not rendered in private pages.
    I’m using ULTIMATE SHORTCODES.

    Hi,

Shortcodes are rendered in our pages.

For example in our demo, you can go to that page:

    http://demos.wp-customerarea.com/gardener/customer-area/pages/my-pages/2014/09/24/your-garden-on-week-35/

    login/password = janis / janis123

The image slider on that page is rendered by a shortcode from another plugin.

Have you tried contacting the Ultimate Shortcodes team to know what could be the reason for their shortcodes not being rendered?

Could you try to use tabs? I can’t render them.

@vprat I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Forum_Welcome#The_Bad_Stuff

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    Hi,

No worries. I did not know about that rule here.

Thank you for support, but we did a change, deactivating this plugin.
We’ve got some incompatibilities and we need a more simple solution to give customers certain information.
