Questions about syncing

Dear Disqus team,

1. I got this email yesterday:

“The webhook subscription for your forum Üllői út 129. (shortname: ulloiut129) to the endpoint at https://ulloi129.hu/wp-json/disqus/v1/sync/webhook has been disabled due to a large number of errors being returned from your endpoint.”

I couldn’t find any errors. After reenable, the syncing was running, and aftera short time, disabled again.

2. Problem with backsyncing:

If a user deletes his/her comment, then in the WP database there will be a Guest comment, without any content (only an IP address). If the user deletes his/her user, all of his comments will be guest and content will be blank. I think it’s not the best method, in the previous version we got all of the data. And it was very useful to create statistics, hunt down trolls.
