    Hey guys, I’ve installed the free version and tested on my website. I need some help before I buy the Armember Plugin.

    1. When I upload a profile photo as an user and then I reaload the page, the profile photo just desappeared. How can I fix it?
    2. Are there any shortcodes with a button action for upgrade/downgrade? Just to be easy for an user to make a downgrade or upgrade by himself.
    3. I’ve translated 100% from English to Brazilian Portuguese, using the Loco Translate. But I found a lot of texts that still in English. How can I fix it?
    4. Where can I change the format date from MM/DD/YY to DD/MM/YY?
    5. Can I use the PagSeguro Gateway while using the free version?
    6. At the moment, in using the free version. If I buy the PRO version, I will lose my plans or members that I already created?

    Hello,

    1. This may happen if the “Avatar” settings are disabled from the admin panel -> Settings -> discussion page in the “Avatar” section.

    2. ARMember does provide a common message which you can change the text from ARMember -> General Settings -> Common Messages page according to your requirements. 
    If still any string showing then please let me know with string so I can assist you further.

    3. ARMember does consider the date format at you have set the date format of your website admin panel -> Settings page.

    4. Free version is the only plugin and there is no addon plugin available for the free version.

    5. No you will not loose the plans you have created and assigned to members.

    3. I need to translate: 1- “Please enter (field required)”, 2- Are you sure you want to remove cover photo? (profile page), 3- Use Cropper to set image and use mouse scroller for zoom image (profile page), 4- Your Current Membership: (profile page), 5- Monthly, Onetime (profile page), 6- Are you sure you want to cancel subscription? (profile page), 7- Your Subscription will be cancelled on (profile page)
    4. I’m using j \d\e F \d\e Y. Should I change to d/m/Y?

    Hello,

    2. Regarding upgrade downgrade, ARmember does consider upgrade downgrade automatically based on member has purchased them embership plan. But if you want to display the plan based on the member has purchased the membership plan then, ARMember does provide a facility to add multiple setup form from ARMember -> Configure Plan + Singup form page you can create a multiple setup form per membership plan.
    For example: if you have 3 membership plan on the website “Gold”, “Silver”. “Bronze” then, you can create first setup for registration with all the membership plan avialble.
    Another setup form create for the “Gold” and “silver” and another setup form create for the “Gold” plan only.
    So, if member purchase “Bronze” plan then, display the “Gold” and “Silver” setup form shortcode. and if member has purchased the “Silver” plan then display the “Gold” plan setup form shortcode.
    Now, to display the different form based on the membership plan, ARMember does provide a facility to display the content differently based on the membership plan using ARMember “Restrict Content” shortcode according to your requirements.

    3. 1- You can change the required message from the Field’s setting option from ARMember -> Manage Forms -> Add/Edit signup form page.
    2- 3- 4- 5- 6- & 7- you can change the text using available WordPress plugin like Loco Translate at ww.wp.xz.cn

    4. You can use supported date picker format like  m/d/Y, Y-m-d, Y m d, F j, Y
