Questions about the PRO version

    I’ve been seriously considering upgrading to the PRO version for a long time because of the benefits it offers. But I’m still undecided.

    For example, I usually buy plugins from EVANTO, like “CodeCanyon,” and when the 6-month support expires, I only lose the support itself, but I still get free updates and can continue using the plugin.
    My question is, if I buy the PRO version of Picu, once the 1-year license expires, can I continue receiving updates and using the PRO version normally? Or do I have to pay again?

    Thanks for your kind words and your interest in picu Pro!

    Our licensing works a bit differently from the CodeCanyon model you described. A picu Pro license covers updates and support for one year, which is a common model for WordPress plugins these days. Once it expires, you’ll stop receiving updates, and we can’t guarantee that the Pro version will keep working properly without an active license.

    One nice benefit: your price is locked in for as long as your subscription runs. So even if we raise our prices in the future, you won’t be affected.
