Questions Not Displayimg

I have installed the lifterlms 3.9.5 now I can’t access any of my quizes.

The intro text appears the button to start quiz also appear. but after clicking the start quize button questions don’t appear.

I can see all the questions and the quizes in the back end and add a quiz to a lesson but no question appears when students click the take Quize Button
