Questions Regarding Product Options Plugin Customization

    Hello Team,

    I have a couple of questions about customizing the Product Add-ons & Extra Options plugin:

    • Is it possible to override the plugin’s product options files by placing them in the theme folder, or do I need to use a specific customization option provided by the plugin?
    • For the radio button field, the default behavior is that one option is pre-selected. Is there a way to remove this default selection so that no option is checked initially? If a script or another solution is available, please advise.
    • When using the shortcode on a product page to display multiple option forms, I noticed that one of the forms defaults to the product options blocks settings in the admin panel. I have tried using the “Show in products” setting without selecting any product and then using the shortcode. However, when I remove both the default and shortcode forms, the options do not display at all. Is there a way to manage or fix this behavior so that the shortcode works independently without default selections interfering?

    I hope you are doing great!

    For the first two requirements you would need a customization.

    The shortcode must be used to print in a product that are set to have add-ons, you can check it here in the documentation https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-product-add-ons-1x/shortcode/
    So, unfortunately, it won’t work independently.
