That’s strange. I’ve never seen that error before. Where exactly are you seeing it? Can you post a screenshot?
Sorry i posted wrong… the error is “No Log File”

This is a problem I’ve been seeing for many years. I believe it has something to do with other cron jobs on your system that periodically interrupt stdout, which makes the plugin think that no encoding is taking place, but I can’t replicate it on any of my test systems so I’ve never come up with a way to fix it. The queue shouldn’t necessarily stop completely, but as you can see the plugin tried all three of those formats and none of them could start correctly, so why should it assume that trying again would have a different effect? If you can help me figure out what’s causing the error by looking at your server logs when it happens I would really appreciate it. This user made a lot of progress on the issue a few years ago. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/encoding-issues-no-log-file-no-encoding-happens?replies=15
The queue shouldn’t necessarily stop completely
so it should skip to the next video right? it does that on my side but only when the queue page is open. the queue continues only when i open the page again.
cant you make it retry after X minutes as an option?
Yes, I can see something like that working.
