The way it is supposed to work is that once there is a successful email sent, it won’t try again. It will be deleted from the queue. Could you tell me what version of WordPress you are using and how you are sending? For example, are you sending through your website or through Gmail? It’s possible you have found a bug, but I have not heard this particular one reported before. What version of SendPress are you running?
Hey thanks for the reply!
Both are up to date, using version 3.4.2 for wordpress and 0.8.7.1 for sendpress.
We’re using the sites to send the emails. Like you said its as if a completed send isnt registering with the queue, so it just attempts a send again until it hits max attempts. I have tried sending to militply parties on different email platforms and all them reported receiving 3 consecutive emails.
Hi Kellynt,
We made some adjustments to how the queue sends email in 0.8.8. If you still have the problem please let us know.
Thanks,
Josh
Updated to 0.8.8 and issue has been resolved. Keep up the good work the product is awesome!
Thanks Josh
